Have a Hideous Halloween

* Edward Gorey was a brilliantly talented American artist-illustrator who might appreciate me using the term: RIP (1925-2000).

What happened to your pretty blog? Is it possessed? Ellen

Kate/High Altitude Gardening said...

Hey, ellen; Long time, no see. Is it too much?

Hi, KC!
Well, this is all your fault. Remember last Friday when you told me to start teaching myself flash programming and all that jazz?

You've created a monster. (pun intended.)

I shall miss you tomorrow, too. Though I've got a grand idea for next Friday!

Uh huh a bit much. What about people you don't know who visit your blog? - E

Oh, Ellen... that is so you to think that anyone, any where actually reads this silly blog!

Would you like to be my marketing director? It doesn't pay very well... i.e. nothing. But wouldn't it be fun to work together?

You should have your people call my people...!

Hi, Wisconsin Gardener!

My Haralson apple trees are alive and well. Moving at a snails pace but they seem happy. I would have thought they'd be taller by now... :(

Love the blog. I am going to show the pics to our art teacher in case she isn't familiar with them, they'd be great for our students. I've even added the Gorey book to my book list, what an appropriate last name. Luna is sitting next to me and freaked out with the scary noises, especially the cats. Very fun!

Thanks, Sandy! Those sound effects scared Bad Dog, too. :)

Thanks, Joy!

YOU were my inspiration. I visited your blog and saw those lovely Vintage Halloween cards and thought: hmmm... I wanna get in the Halloween spirit...

Hi Kate, I came via Joy and was thrilled with your Hallowe'en look! Love every single thing about it. The Gory work was brilliant! I believe we have Peetie Pie's sister, Hazle living with us too. :-)

Thanks, Rosey;
Cleaning up my blog after decking it out for Halloween was as much work as cleaning up after a real world house party. Even so, it was lots of fun to do.

PS to Rosey;
And I have YOU to thank for teaching me how to add sound effects to the blog. thx, again.
