How sad to lose so many of your seedlings.

There is a gardener in our nearby town who usually grows these giant pumpkins. By fall the best of the bunch is babied with a tent over it to shield it from too much sun. People slow down while driving by just to catch a glimpse of it. I think he uses a crane to get it out of the garden:)Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01384059342847120951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27385862.post-72358706472709800782012-06-07T19:58:49.596-06:002012-06-07T19:58:49.596-06:00Kate, thanks for stopping by. Once, driving out of Carson City a heard raced alongside the highway, between roads. Really close. Most of us stopped. So beautiful, but scary for the horses.
nellieNellie from Beyond My Gardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01149596937067869426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27385862.post-72197750903087156972012-06-07T18:04:54.689-06:002012-06-07T18:04:54.689-06:00We're definitely having the same issues here. ...We're definitely having the same issues here. +20 celcius a couple weeks ago and this week freezing temps and cold winds.
