So pretty, I think the first is my favorite. My lilies have not come into flower, but they have lots of buds, soon.

Thx! That first one - the Stargazer - is such a surprise to me. I got that one as an indoor blooming bouquet and planted the bulb in the soil, never thinking for a moment she would actually live, much less enjoy flowering here.

Happy WW!

These flowers are amazing. I've got some like the top pink ones blooming in my yard right now. Does 4500' in Reno count as high altitude?

I don't know of those beauties would survive in my yard at 9,000ft!

Hello Kate,

You certainly don't need words....it would be hard to find any to describe how beautiful your lilies are :-)

Wee hoo
Glad you like the lilies. The orange gal is my fave. They say that orange is the color of insanity. But, what do "they" know? :D Happy WW!

Beautiful lilies! My daylilies are blooming now and the Asian lilies are too. On a hike along the Oregon Coast a few weeks ago the wild lilies were blooming in the woods. Quite amazing how well they do in that exposed climate. Happy WW!

Hey there Kate girl ! How many days till Halloween ? LOL
I wanted to tip you to a fantastic trick with the roses .. I'm sure you probably already know this but what the heck .. I will repeat it ? One half cup of Epsom's salts sprinkle just a little bit away from the root stem .. I have done it for a couple of months and it really brings out the wow ! factor : )
Your lilies are gorgeous girl !
Joy : )

Wow! Spectacular! I hope yours last longer than mine did. I didn't get as many this year, either. So it's doubly nice to enjoy yours!

Lilies are some of my favs along with irises. Are they hard to grow at altitude?

You know me and daylilies...these are gorgeous, Kate! They just beg to have their photos taken, don't they? I hope my 'Stargazer' comes back next year after Sophie broke off its stem this year; it's such a pretty lily.
