Gorgeous pics! What are the bright red spikes to the right of the bottom picture...looking a little like bright red lupines or knipofa?
Sorry, that should have been to the LEFT of the bottom picture
Gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS! You have beautiful blossoms and a breathtaking vista for a view.
Yep, Kniphofia Red Hot Pokers. I thought they all died and I was broken-hearted but a drift of them in the rock garden decided to make a comeback. :D
Thanks, Marsha :))
Happy WW!!
Gorgeous photography! What camera do you use?
Thx, Marta;
It's just point and shoot digi - panasonic lumix.
Kate I just love those wild yellow roses. How pretty they are. The picture of the bed overlooking the valley is so pretty.I am glad that you finally have some summer weather now.Have a great week!
I am not a fan of summer, but I love the colors.
So many beautiful flowers! I love your columbine and the way that your big rock garden looks.
What a beautiful vista in the last photo.
What gorgeous columbines you have, Kate! The last photo says it all--I'm glad summer has finally arrived for you. I'm loving the summertime blooms here, too, but not so much the heat:)
Gorgeos photos!
Glad to hear that long cold spring has passed. We too are finally into summer and it's glorious. Your pinkish columbine are beautiful. I wonder if the colour is from cross pollination? I haven't seen one quite like it before.
Drool, drool, drool. I have a few of your jewels, but not the magnitude. You really have a lovely garden, even if it did take a little longer this year to show its best!
How pretty. I love that last photo. It looks nice and hot there. I'm jealous, cold and rainy here.
What a beautiful scene! I am loving all your summer blossoms!
Hi Kate, great looking jungle!
What a great view from your garden. I love all the different colors of columbine.
Gorgeous!
Alright, I've decided, I have to try columbines.
