Wooly Mule's Ears
Sunset, looking toward the Salt Lake Valley
A field of Wooly Mule's Ears greeted us at the top of Parley's Summit. They look like sunflowers. The seeds taste like sunflowers.. But, they're actually a mountain wildflower in the Aster family.
