Wordless Wednesday: Window Sill Gardens

Azaleas

Geranium (I'm a total sucker for this peachy keen color.)

Micro-mini Roses

A delightful mess of my favorite indoor flowers ~ colorful Kalanchoe

You know what I love about flowers? Everything.
How when they start to smile, they put a smile on my face, too.
How could anyone look at this crazy mess of blossoms and still feel grumpy?

I grew those mini roses a few years back on the deck but I didn't have the right indoor environment and they died over the winter. :(

I am in awe of how beautiful your indoor blooms are, Kate! My green thumb of summer somehow turns to a brown thumb in winter:)

You have some great colors going on for winter. I have never heard of a micro rose either. How pretty.

Beautiful! Peach is my favorite color, too. I just can't resist any plant in that delicious shade.

You have a beautiful window garden! I have no blooms right now, but plenty of clove tree babies, rosemary, thyme, basil and lavender. I just planted marigold and Icelandic poppies last weekend, and last night I noticed I have shoots!!!!!!!!!!

Is that yellow pot a McCoy? Love those and have a few myself. I don't have window sills wide anough for plants, but I do have shelves near windows. Just started some lettuce a few weeks ago and it's sprouting just fine in the low light/cool temps of my home.
